    Default Menace Code Doesn't Work

    I bought Menace Of The Underdark early sat morning looking forward to exploring a new area over the weekend. However when I follow the instructions, Log into the game, press Control S, click on Redeem and input the code I get this message: "Disposable digital good has already bought". Is Standing Stone Games giving out codes that have already been used? Been trying to get help all weekend but the only response I got was from an ingame ticket and the GM said he couldn't help me. I've read this seems to be a common problem? If you went into Best Buy bought a game only to find an empty box and the company refused to help you for days, I think Best Buy would be out of business pretty fast. Or am I doing the code wrong? I tried inputting it into the account page as well but it just says its an invalid code. Is this just a bad code I'm getting?

    According to the response I got from Account Services this morning. "We do not recognize any 3rd party retailers..." So if you bought it from Amazon or Steam or anywhere other than the DDO Store you need to pursue that 3rd party retailer.

    I find it all absurd since you cannot buy the expansions from the DDO Store.

    Plenty of people have this problem, and no one has done anything about it as far as i know.

    Just try to get your money back. Right now it's not worth purchasing any expansions, or codes since the market, and store are broken.

    To everyone having trouble redeeming codes:

    The time has come to say ENOUGH. Call your credit card company and dispute the charge. Tell them you bought a digital good and didnot receive it. Feel free to mention that the code you received stated it had already been used and that you suspect fraud.

    The lack of ANY action on behalf of SSG is appalling. If anyone from SSG is reading this, NOTICE: You are literaly turning people away from your game, and associating the name SSG with negative customer experiences.

    You need to get on the ball and fix this, or at least be proactive and say something, anything!

    If you tried to buy an expansion and the sale went through but the code doesn't work, AND SSG has not helped your good faith effort to inform them of the problem within a reasonable time frame, then you are well within your rights to get your money back.

    personally, given the amount of threads with the same trouble i would tell the bank to cancel the transaction, iirc you have 1 week with online transactions

    personally won't buy next update due to that reason, sad thing i always got the prepurchase collectionist/full pack, it's a sad thing for them i mean lol
    psykopeta is finally baconpletionist because there isn't anything to delay it more - thelanis, where the gimps claim to be pros and noobs claim to be pros, no newbies allowed(unless they claim to be pros), we have enough drama w/o them.
