Just a suggestion, but you might reduce the level of criticism if you posted honestly about what's going on, what the actual expected wait time for acknowledgment of account service issues may be, and when, if ever, things will return to "normal."

Reading these threads one might get the impression that the actual expected wait time to acknowledge an account issue is a minimum of 7-21 days. Resolutions of account service issues would necessarily be longer. Is this working as intended?

You guys did post up a "We're having problems with Discover/PayPal" so at least some people were warned about it. You should post another one about:

1. Using old time cards (my impression is that Standing Stone Gaming simply does not honor these cards, so they're worthless.)
2. Purchasing any expansion (failure of delivery is a common complaint.)

I want you guys to succeed but seriously it's been over half a year, how hard can it be? And if it is that hard, why aren't you disclosing it so people can understand and be patient? I just don't get it.

In my case, I'm still waiting for a non-automated response. My statement's coming due at the end of the week, so I guess I'll have to reverse the charges if I haven't heard from you before then.
