Need some Advice for my planned lock

This is my current plan for my lock. I know human would be better but I love dragons and as I go through the TR's my end race may change but I dislike how humans look and since I have to look at my character I'm going to go with a race I like.

I'm debating if I should keep going with Devour the Soul Capstone or go with Heretical Lore capstone which would change my needed enhancements a little bit but not by much.

I'm going more for an instant kill build (which is why i went with the epic past life I did)

Honestly the way nerfs and bs are going and not to mention scaling

And horrible epic dps your much better off going wizard

Sun elf for self healing or Gnome for maximum instakilling for the win
