Help to returning to play (Cleric melee)

Hi, I had a cleric in 2013, I was doing a melee build, currently this lvl14. I remember that I had chosen the follower deity of Sovereign Host.

Today after returning to play, my action points are reset and I do not have access to the powers of the Sovereign Host, what do I have to do to reactivate this char?

In Update 19, the devs switched deity abilities from Enhancements to feats. If your char predates U19, I think you need to Lesser Reincarnate to acquire your deity feats. They also added a bunch of new deities a few updates ago.

also, it would help to know a bit more about your thoughts on how to play.

is the notion to solo and have ample heals? or to to play mostly in group and fill a spot as either more melee or healer centric depending on what the group needs?

did you play 1hand + shield, dual wield or a 2hander build so far?

what difficulty did you run on in the past and aim for now?

is adding levels of other classes an option for you or not so much?



if you are not averse to TR-ing, you might want to hold on to a potential lesser heart you have and not waste it for the deity feat alone given you are close to 20. you could use these 6 levels to try out a build while getting back into the current game i.e., then TR into a more fully developed version of it if you liked it during testing ...
