Lost Epic Destines levels

Hi, I'm playing as Njrvjjn on Sarlona. After TR as Drow and reach lv20 as iconic. When reclaim my destiny. I saw that I lose the levels progression in all destinies from past lives.

Hi Mochi "New Ticket" is not available for me. I'll need to decline your recommendation to ask others players about do it. They have nothing with that. I'm very frustrated with this. To have what I lost for this bug I've invested many time. I don't pay in cash for Epic Destinies but if I done that will it be worst? In other hand for market view point its a huge mistake. Shall I see this kind of bug and buy more stuff or become VIP in a system that brings such loss for me? I don't think so. As I say I'm soo much frustrated. The system bug wipe days of play from my Epic Destinies levels and I'm not in mod to run again and lose again. Then I'll back on DDO if SSG team solve it thanks for all.
