Should i get i3 6100 whi h has 2 cores and 3.7ghz
or i5 6500 which has 4 cores and 3.2ghz
which one will boost ddo performance ty

IMO depends if you only play the game, with an i3 and decent memory ram, DDO goes very well.
If on the other hand, if you use other programs like video design or photographic etc or are you gonna play new games...the i5 is better, with a good amount of memory and of course a good Video graphic card .. since without the graphic card is worth the i3 or i5...
Generally speaking you want cores over GHz, an i5 CPU is massively better than the i3 but as it is you have gone down the AMD route which I have no clue on specifically but as I said cores over GHz (this of course varies a little depending on what you are doing and various other things).
