GMoF Ki Attack Buffs

Please give better DC to these abilities, like allow Them to use stunning modifier or half stunning modifier. Also If maybe these abilities can scale with some melee power or spell power. so that we can get so dmg from them.

Edit: After playing around some more, I feel that the damage is where it should be but the DC's feel like they need a little bit of help.
