Crafting an Undead Turning (Sacred) Item, Anyone know how?

They don't seem to drop anymore, except as specialized named items. What is the correct prefix/suffix (if any) to build a sacred (+2 to turning) item? Further to that end, I wonder why that a sacred item isn't one of the end rewards for the catacombs.

You will also want to look at the below effects as these two complement each other. Also, look at the crafting I don't recall the ML required but I've crafted a ML 5 Trinket with both these effects

Eternal Faith
Suffix: Helms, Necklaces, Rings, Trinkets, Armor, Weapon, Shield, Rune Arms

Silver Flame
Prefix: Gloves, Trinkets, Weapon, Shield, Rune Arms
