Should I Make the Comeback??

Hey peeps. Haven't played at all since before Reaper came out and haven't kept up to date with new updates whatsoever. Is it worth attempting a comeback?

Used to quest/raid LE religiously, heroic/epic/iconic completionist with higher end gear before leaving. Thoughts on if the lag is actually manageable and there is enough people still around to start the grind again and raiding?

1) the lag monster has been fairly well tamed - as good or better than before the data center move for sure.

2) with out know where and when you long in - "enough" people around is rather a loaded question. On Sarlona, prime time weekends are fairly active, during the week is a little hit and miss. I pug 2-3 spots most nights and have not had any issues finding folks...

Lag is much better, mostly because there are a lot less people playing.

Raid scene is dead. Unless you have an active guild or significant friends list, raiding is basically non-existent.

The good news is that you now have 30 new racial past lives to get and millions of reaper XP to acquire to keep yourself busy (mind numbingly bored) so that you will theoretically be ready for the mythical end game that we will eventually see.

If you used channels then you will not have a problem with raids as the channels are still active, although most peoples top toons are currently on the racial hamster wheel .
