WTB Low-level helm with Reaper Bonus

I'd like a low-level helm with the Reaper +2 to all ability scores bonus.

I've ransacked the Garzad's Helm chest a few times, and will keep trying, but am willing to buy it (or another low-level helm) to save time.

I believe the Reaper bonus helm is a lie..

317 ransacks of Memoirs on R3+ with chest re-rolls and every variation of the Reaper bonus has dropped on the Pansophic circlet (Nobonus,+PRR,+MRR,+Power)...except the one for +stats..
after acquiring 20 Reaper bonus circlets I started throwing them away.. cant even give them away in the chest anymore everyone I group with has more than they want.

Reaper bonus items were dropping like candy when it first came out in Memoirs (apparently broken drop rate) , then they closed the quest and patch 'fixed' the drop rates..

The only ones I've seen were ones acquired before the 'fix' ..

Looks true.

Sacked all named helmets up to ML:5 from this list http://ddowiki.com/page/Category:Head_items for 3+ times (bout 5 samples of each helm with different reaper bonuses), no +stat bonus.

Guess just unlucky ;p
