A fists of light and dragon marked halfling will sure be a unusual healer. It can be effective Just remember to slot some nice healing gear. You will only have 3 stats to work on gearing Dex wis and con which is a real help in gearing.. I noticed that you picked deific warding at level 29. I think its a decent choice but working on filling out your martial destiny trees and grabbing dire charge may be better and would for sure be faster. I like dex monks and havent played a halfling, only drow for a bit of help to know the angles and free shuriken expertise for a ranged option. I bet and hope you have fun!

    Some notes:
You don't really need the dragonmark, and you probably DO need the feat. Reason why:
You're going to be liberally swimming in Ki assuming you're in wind stance with handwraps. You'll be able to smoke healing ki a lot, and you'll find that with decent devotion and heal amp, that it heals for a LOT. Furthermore, with your enhancements, you can make it cure whatever ails your group (lesser resto, remove curse, remove poison, or remove disease), in an ok area of effect.

You don't really need stunning fist early. I suggest getting whirlwind attack at level 6, it is doable
do dodge/mobility (1), combat expertise (3), spring attack, wwa (6). Level 2 you can fill in two weapon fighting
Whirlwind attack is still all that.

Another note: in heroics, combat expertise is actually not that bad. I ran in in most of the time in my last monk racial life before the one I'm on.

A pretty decent build, but you seem to be missing your level 27 feat. Some good options include improved martial arts, vorpal strikes, and epic damage reduction.

Also, I don't know if you have access to a crafter, but melee alacrity 15 is craftable, and found on some items, as is speed 30 (on items, not craftable). That could allow you to take a different feat instead of blinding speed.

Oh, and the last half points in umd and heal do nothing. Not that there's much you can do with 2 skill points. Maybe a couple points in jump or swim?

Default changed build up a bit

using the feedback from the people above, changed the build around feats wise. enhancements i usually do my own thing so it won't matter to do a list of enhancements. ninja spy cores of course..

I agree with this. WWA really is all that.

YMMV of course, but my experience is that in early levels you have far less ki at your disposal, and monsters don't really live long enough most of the time to justify spending precious ki on stunning fist. Bringing WWA forward to level L6 and waiting until L9 for Stunning Fist makes those 3 levels fly by much faster.

The other alternative if you really want Stunning Fist early is take it at L2 and wait until L9 for TWF. Your single target dps will be down obviously, but getting WWA earlier more than makes up for it IMHO.
