Cosmetics?

Is there any way to view what the cosmetic armours look like?

When I click on the view function in the DDO Store a new window pops up but it stays blank.
I am currently wearing something hideous and would love to put something cosmetic over top of it and I wish to do so during the current sale.

Is there anyone out there who can help me?

Nothing you can do at the moment. They have moved the store to regular browsers at the moment to do some security compliance stuff. They updated lotro's store, but ran into some issues (I don't recall the specifics that were mentioned). Once they fix lotro, they will update the DDO in-game browser. At that point, you'll be able to preview cosmetics again.

Any update on this cosmetic armor "try it on" feature? They are losing revenue by not letting us preview before buying. I already made the mistake of buying two outfits and they look awful (better on different race), so I won't be purchasing any more until it's fixed. I'd like a refund, but I know that won't happen...
