Heyo,
Coming back after a long break welcoming a mini-Maelodic to the planet and have been graciously welcomed by reaper mode. I've noticed that confusion seems to be a big deal - I was wondering if this build would work for reaper:

Looking at it again after the year I've been away, I'm concerned that:
-Will DCs/Spell Pen be high enough. Is it worth just investing straight into DCs or is non-DC locks still the way to go? Does stunning blast actually work? I imagine that Command would be for non-casters and stunning blast would be for casters.
-Still possible to play super safe solo with confusion combined with faltering blast/chain attacks and occasional other CC?
-Have the enhancement point build cost changed? Here's what I would likely do now as it looks like what I have there is no longer valid, does this look okay? Really want to fit in that knockdown immunity:
