Permanent Buddy Bonus . . . but not how you think

So, here's my thought. What if we did have a permanent buddy bonus on quests . . .

but ONLY on Normal difficulty. It wouldn't completely offset bravery bonus, but it would be a boon for anybody who can't yet open elite, and encourage them to group up with anyone who would come.

It would also be a bit of a relief for the "epic dailies" crowd.

Otherwise, an intriguing idea...Not sure if vets will roll with it outside epics aka dailies

You should get a bonus for each party memeber you get killed.
