Just as the title says... a giant wave of zombies ala Kobald Assault in the Ravenloft area...
somewhat easy to implement.. no traps or mazes or puzzles.. just one area and waves of zombies....

You have zombie assault as a rare encounter in Eerie Forest (Reaver's Reach wilderness area) with insta-kill wall packed together with no shrines in the area to make dying even more "fun"...
You have clams and hams zombie assault in Delirium.
You have Catacombs, Delera and Necropolis packs filled with undead assaults.
I'd rather see some new undead types for a change. And their assault done in a creative way.
Could also be zombies, headless ones?
This probably says I'm very odd but I recently had a DDO nightmare in which I was my main character (cleric Aelonwy) and I was skulking around this incredibly dark (like Rainbow in the Dark) macabre castle adventuring with my hubby's main character (a fighter dwarf) and some of our friends characters and this horde of undead (ghouls mostly but also zombies, skeletal knights, and some vampires) was streaming down the hallways opening doors, portcullises and what not to get at us. Meanwhile, I was waving my arms, yelling unintelligible gibberish and putting my hands out palm forward with blade barriers and bursts of light, and holy fire raining down in this maelstrom of chaos.
I started awake all wound up in my blanket agitated and heart pounding.
I'm anticipating Ravenloft, I guess. But maybe I should get off the computer earlier in the evening.
Blood Scented Axe Body Spray (Thelanis)Aelonwy - Wydavir - Metaluscious - Aertimys - Phantastique - Kaelaria - Lunaura - Aelurawynn - Saurscha - Crystalorn - Aurvaeyn - Vaelyns - Wyllowynd
At bare minimum there should be 500 zombies of various types. All the racial ones, Rotting Zombies, Dread Zombies, Juju Zombies and Strahd zombies. A headless Zombie or three from the Halloween zombie event, and a litch like wizard zombie boss with Flesh Gollems he keeps healing with aoe lightning spells at the end. Make it a challenge rather than a regular quest for what ever, maybe non rotting Halloween event candies.

Percivaul Dusol, BadRandall and Shortpact--The Silver Legion
If they follow the original module there already is one. It's part of the storyline. I'm not going to say much more because I don't want to ruin the story for anyone who hasn't actually played in it. You'll see for yourself IF they follow the module, which when they do these things, it seems they sadly haven't done completely.
