so If im a cleric and put like 2-3 levels of sorc or 2-3 levels of Fvs would I get the double sp bonus that you get from being those classes?

Any multiclass will get SP bonuses from having a high stat from each of their classes. (So a cleric/fvs would get bonus spellpoints from both wis and cha)
Multiclasses add the SP totals that they get from their classes/levels together. (So a level 18 cleric 2 fvs would get 1010 + 230 spellpoints)
Multiclassed favored souls or sorcerers get a bonus to spellpoints from items based on how many levels they have in favored soul and/or sorcerer. (A level 20 cleric gets 100% bonus from items, a level 20 favored soul gets 200% bonus from items, a level 18 cleric 2 favored soul gets a 110% bonus from items.)

I'm not really trying to theorycraft clerics right now; I'm waiting for the upcoming work the devs are doing on clerics to be released first. However a level breakdown does not a build make.
Here are some questions you should ask yourself every time you make a build:
- What do you want your build to do? (Melee damage? Spell damage? Healing? Defense? Have lots of SP? Run really fast? Shoot lazerbeams out its eyes?)
- How does your level split help you do this? (Would 1 extra level in a class help you do what you want it to do? Does losing 1 level in one of your classes not hurt you from doing what you want to do with it? What are the levels of powerful breakpoints in the classes to do what you want to do? What do you lose and what do you gain vs going pure in one class?)
- What key feats and enhancements do you need to get for the build to work? (Do those feats/enhancements have stat, feat skill or level requirements? How do you get those?)

I think you're double-counting the Magical Training feats, which don't stack.
http://ddowiki.com/page/Spell_points...ints_per_class
cleric 20: 1125 base + 80 Magical Training + ((20 + 9) * WIS mod)
cleric 18 / FvS 2: 930 base (cleric) + 150 base (FvS) + 80 Magical Training + ((18 + 9) * WIS mod) + ((2 + 9) * CHA mod)
So the cleric 20 starts out with a little more SPs than cleric 18 / FvS 2 (1205 vs 1160 SPs); but the latter gets +10% from SP items and can gain more bonus SPs from WIS & CHA than the pure cleric gains from WIS alone.
That said, the SP variance is small enough that I don't consider it a significant build factor.
