WTB/WTT for Scroll of Templar's Bastion

I've been running Spinner of Shadows daily and have yet to get the scroll. I have pulled various other scrolls, so if somebody is willing to trade or I can buy one for plat/shards that would be great. Or look up Flinty or Endrin while in game because I will probably be running it if someone wants to join me and increase the chances of getting one:P

Or if anybody knows of a way to increase your chances of pulling one I would appreciate the heads up.
