The Two Handed Specialty feat is only available if you have a Greater feat in a different combat style, i.e. one of Greater Shield Mastery, Greater Single Weapon Fighting or Greater Two Weapon fighting.

Single Weapon Specialty, no GSWF

This release bring us bug fixes and a host of other changes to support the new Archetypes that previewed on Lamannia 2 days ago.
All the new trees are present but are mostly missing their effects so totals etc will not be quite right as of yet, but as the trees are still in a state of flux at SSG there is no real point in me spending the time to get it to match now if its all going to change in the next preview.

Here are a few bugs I have noticed:
The Abiding Path Filigree
+2 Stunning DC set bonus is currently Artifact when it should be Stacking
Exalted Angel Epic Destiny
Tier 3 Ability: Mass Cure Moderate Wounds cost is currently 1 destiny point when it should be 2
Tier 5 Ability: Epic Empower Healing cost is currently 1 destiny point when it should be 2
Legendary Dreadnought Epic Destiny
Tier 3 Ability: Momentum Swing Trip DC is currently (20 + highest ability + bonus to stun attacks) when it should be (20 + highest ability score modifier + bonus to stun attacks)
NOTE: Logically, this should be + bonus to trip attacks, however, the in-game description states + bonus to stun attacks and I cannot find a way to verify if this a typo or not.
Divine Disciple Enhancement Tree
Core 4 Ability: Divine Disciple Emissary does not match in game description. It should be named Light Spellbook III: Sunburst and requires 30 points to be spent in the tree, Light Spellbook II: Sunbeam and Cleric Level 18.
Core 5 Ability: Divine Disciple Emissary and its Divine Emissary of Darkness option do not match the in-game description. They require 40 points to be spent in the tree, Light Spellbook III: Sunburst and Cleric Level 20.
I noticed that the Divine Disciple Enhancement Tree seems to have the capstone for all the cores so I can't take anything in it. level 20 Dark Apostate new build.

I could not see anything wrong with these. Note that the "Light" enhancement advance from left to right and the "Dark" from right to left. The 1st level of requirements (before a selection is made) will show as levels 1/3/6 and AP 1/5/10 even though the sub selections may be different. In a test I was able to select all of the Light cores or all of the Dark cores.

This is because of the way the tree works in the live game. Light enhancement advance left to right and Dark from right to left. As you can see in your screenshot you have an option to train Core1 and Core6, however Core1 only allows the sub Light enhancement option and the Core6 the sub Dark enhancement option.
If you want the light capstone you train the cores in 1..6 order
If you want to dark capstone you train the cores in the 6..1 order
Currently looks like it is working correctly.

Im having trouble figuring out how to start in on this ddo builder. I have build 100172 on a win10 machine. When I click create a character it opens a window with name, race, alignment, etc, but I cant alter any of them. Cant enter a name and cant modify the race, alignment, abilities. Ive tried putting it in documents, and also opened it as administrator but no luck. The other thing I notice is that I can right click File to open several builder windows but left clicking File doesnt do anything. I must be missing something I guess. Any help here?

What you are describing here is really weird. I don;t understand why the controls would be disabled for you.
As a test can you try deleting the DDOBuilder.ini file which should be in the same directory as the application .exe
The .ini file contains the layout of the windows and in theory a bad setup could be present. A new default layout will be created from the default.ini file on software start up.
