Am I missing something? When I download version 140 and extract it all to the builder folder, my ddobuilder still says version 139. Tried a few times now and even a new folder, still says 139 :/

Well, this was a big one. There were so many changes needed that I am bound to have missed something with the items. So expect issues with Many of them till I can get fully caught up.

Epic and Legendary Gem of Many Facets should both be Cannith-craftable. Legendary Gem of Many Facets also has one of its set bonuses locked in, when it should work like the Epic version with two selectable sets.

It is a Monk bonus feat, but it is a special case where it can only be trained at the 3rd monk bonus which occurs when you train Monk level 6. It cannot be trained for the bonus feats at monk level 1 & 2.

There is both bad and good news in regard to this.

The Bad: Version 1 does not nor will it ever support it.

The Good: Version 2 which is under development allows planning a character at any level from 1-30, but its not yet had a public release as many of its systems are currently still under development. (not to mention I have to write an app that can create all the item files). If things go well, an early alpha release of V2 may appear before end of year.

Superb work again to keep up to date with the latest changes.

I reckon one minor issue is maybe how the Fate/Destiny Points are calculated...

As I understand it for this latest preview, the max Fate Points are 55 (36 from opening 12 trees (3 per tree), 3 from tomes, and 16 from 48 Epic PLs (1 per 3 EPLs)), and dividing Fate Points by 3 gives 18 Destiny Points (with 1 fate point left spare). We then get 4 Destiny Points from Epic Completionist Feats, and 1 from the Feywild Destiny Tome. In addition there are 4 Destiny Points at each Epic level, so 40 by L30. All this adds up to a maximum of 63 Destiny Points (18+4+1+40).

However, the planner seems to be, from examining it's breakdown, calculating Fate Points at 24 from opening trees (2 per tree rather than 3), 3 from tomes, and 24 from EPLs (1 per 2 lives rather than 3), giving a total of 51, resulting in 17 Destiny Points rather than 18, and so a maximum of 62.

Can you take a wee look at this when you get a chance please (it's not exactly a huge issue though)?

A few things are granting bonuses to "All" critical multipliers, which is causing them to show in the breakdown as bonuses to both Universal and the specific elements, so they're essentially being added twice.

- Epic and Legendary Elder's Knowledge set bonuses
- Epic Spell Power: X feats
- Scion of X feats

For example, with Legendary Elder's Knowledge equipped, acid critical damage shows 15 critical damage from the set bonus and another 15 from universal (the breakdown for universal shows the same set bonus), which adds up to 30 total. I haven't tested this in-game, but this seems incorrect. The name of the bonus in the breakdown also says "Spell Critical Chance" when it should probably say "Spell Critical Damage".

Another example, Epic Spell Power: Poison grants 15 to Poison and 5 to "All", which results in 15 and 5 to Poison (each labeled as from the feat in the breakdown) and 5 Universal for a total of 25. Other elements each show 5 from the feat and 5 Universal for a total of 10. Based on the latest patch notes, these feats should be 10 to the corresponding element and 5 Universal, which totals to 15 to the element named in the feat and 5 to everything else.

The Scion feats that grant critical multipliers are exhibiting the same behavior, where the corresponding element of a feat is getting 15 and 10 from the feat and 10 Universal for a total of 35, with the other elements having 10 from the feat and the 10 universal, total of 20. Based on the latest patch notes, these should be 15 to the corresponding element(s) and 10 Universal, which totals to 25 to the element(s) named in the feat and 10 to everything else.

Also, the Legendary Necromancer's Bracers are showing as 32 critical chance instead of the 21 that's in-game and on the wiki.

First off, thank you very much for your work on this, the best DDO character planner (imho). Definitely +1

Summary: I believe that when changes all your classes that some of the spell critical multipliers are not properly zeroed out.

My observations/use: I planned out a Tiefling Fiend (fire) Warlock and was able to get my fire spell critical multiplier (SCM) up to ~150 (tainted scholar + Draconic Incarnation + other things). Modelled live correctly. Destiny change occurs and because I was going to use a lot of the same gear I changed to a Half-elf FvS, light spec. The planner says that I should have 170 SCM, but I am only achieving 106 with the nearly identical setup. So, I created a completely fresh build version and have the same problem the SCM is way higher than I am achieving in live.

Not sure where the problem lies (aside from the usual user headspace problem)
