Sarlona was restarted to fix login issues @ approx. 6:20PM EST. When I logged back in ALL of the guild amenities and crew I had previously purchased and pinned for my guild with Platinum and Astral shards were gone; vanished.
When I looked to repin them the guild no longer owned them - both amenities and crew were all wiped out completely - Millions of Platinum and thousands of shards worth of crew and amenities vaporized. I am so upset.
Could someone tell me what would restarting a server have to do with guild ship amenities? This is a major issue I would like some word on from a dev please. I have filed a ticket but no response. Please Help.

Do not reload amenities
wait an hour, they will reload on their own.
The servers are setup to reload the guildship amenities after the servers are loaded to reduce server load lag.
