So, I know its not only the swashbuckler tree which has issues, ie, the sonic damage on it not applying, or when hit, or the kd when hit, etc.
Please fix the enhancement tree's which are broken so they actually do what they say/work. It's not too much to ask that the things in the game actually work is it?

fix the person who initially coded in the hirelings, there's something very wrong with them. Too much weed perhaps.
Seriously though, really irritating when the cleric hireling is running to chase a mob, and ignoring your commands to heal you via clicky. Give hirelings a much faster movement speed, based off their level, so its more appropriate. Probably solve a lot of issues with cleric hirelings or other healing types that are too busy chasing something, to pay attention and heal the person who bought the contract. Say 2% increase per level. Capping it out at lvl 20. AT least this way players won't outdistance em in dungeons and have to continually spam call them to the player, then wait for the 4-6 second global cooldown on their actual skills.
Cauldron of flame does not say you have to have a staff equipped (and does not work without one). The capstone does say a staff is required but not the level 18 core.

Please allow endless fusilade to proc the extra 50% helpless damage from combat brute in LD, other action boosts work just not fusilade.

Great thread - go to have somewhere where we know a dev is listening to our concerns.
How about fixing Adrenaline Cleaves to proc on every mob hit, as it should do?
This is my biggest gripe in terms of bug fixes.
It's ridiculous that it processes fine when I have a bow and IPS in play, but not my cleaves. A real pain when engaging a boss with a bunch of mobs around and adrenaline procs on the first mob rather than the boss - so cleave becomes useless there.
Overwhelming Force knock-down effect should also proc on everything hit by the adrenaline-fuelled cleave.
If I recall correctly, this was highlighted as a bug in the same thread that the fix to dual damage boost was. That was fixed a while ago now, but nothing on this yet.
A fix to this would help make FOTW more than a ranged go-to/melee flavour destiny, and add a bit more diversity to the game, especially in Reaper.

Few tweaks I'd like to see*
Social panel - Guild Tab
- increase the width of the first 2 columns and decrease the 3rd - the first 2 don't scale when you make the screen wider. I'd like to be able to see all 4 icons for a toon, and their complete level splits, and I think guild rank has room to spare unless I make the window as small as possible. If you have to choose I'd say level split is more important than icons, but I like icons too.
Adventure Compendium
- It doesn't sort until I clear the search window, kinda meh but would be nice.
- Would it be at all possible to search for a number and have it match the level? I just want to see all level 7 quests and/or all Epic if I put that in. I know I can sort and scroll, but again, would be nice.

* I know ui changes are a can of worms, if you open it, there will be a ton of different requests and you will hear all the complaints about how wrong it is even if it is perfect for others (you won't hear that side as often) - I mean its the same user experience at 800x600 as it is on dual 4k monitors - right? All the windows fit just perfectly :P
Not sure how feasible this is, but has anyone else noticed how incredibly small the bank space is for individual character banking? Maybe that could be made a little bigger. Even if you do house k quests or buy bank slots you're still pretty limited on how much you can store which might be character bound items, oh and there are a bunch of things which are bound to char only(because for some reason bound to char or account seems like some sensible thing to some moron.)
If champion chests stopped falling through the floors, that would be great.

As far as I can tell, the heroic slaver's 5 piece set Sorcery is supposed to give +2 Artifact bonus to Spell DCS but it is only giving me +1. When I take off an item from the set and hover over a spell on my hotbar the DC goes down by 1 and vice versa. So either the spell DC in the hotbar isn't adding it correctly or the set bonus is only giving +1 instead of +2.
When I get home tonight I'll compile all my gear and list out what my DC should be but that's what I've observed.
Edit: Hold up I need to double check this when I get home, as I realize that the 3-piece set gives +1 artifact, so I need to remove several pieces and see if it goes up by 2 or not.
