Where are the items you buy in the store now? I bought 2500 points worth of XP pots and nowhere are they to be found???

These should be delivered to the backpack of the character that you were logged onto at the time of the purchase.

Have you tried the List View option of the backpack? It has a search feature.

Next did you get an email from the store confirming your purchase?

Hey buddy... Yes I tried it all and yes to the emails.
