The questions would be best asked with an example, so here goes:
Let's say we have a druid/monk he is at least level 20, so he can use EDs...
Let's also say that he is holding two kamas for extra effects or something (speed, doublestrike, something else)

When he is transformed into a wolf, winter wolf, bear, dire bear, water elemental, fire elemental, or tree, is it considered fighting unarmed, and if so does it get the benefits of the enhancement tree (shintao?)

Same as above, but with fighting unarmed while not transformed
Q3)
If he usually uses a Q-staff, when transformed would he gain the benefits of being unarmed and using a q-staff?
