    Exclamation TR Cache Disappear

    A few months back I lost all of my stuff out of my TR cache. I switched servers, THEN TRed, and when I went to go check my TR cache after TRing on the new server, it wasn't there. I was trying to get help for weeks. Apparently Turbine was in the middle of a transition to SSG, and it took a few weeks to get back to me. I sent a total of 3 tickets, none of which helped me. I figured if I quit for a month or two and come back when they have everything organized. I submitted a ticket yesterday and they got back to me today (Props on the speed of responding to tickets by the way, I remember previously at Turbine they took 2-3 days) and they said that they couldn't find it in their logs. So now, I'm stuck in a position where I'm on a new server with no allies (Wayfinder) just trying to get a fresh start, no gear after spending 5+ years farming out. and level 12 with only a sword and a full plate.

    Someone please help me.

    I wonder if after leveling to 20, switching back to previous server, then TRing there, the old cache would reappear... just out of scientific interest ...

    on another note, in cases where the cache gets fried by a server move that earned them money they should at the very least have a GM generate you some 2 dozen items of choice and throw a TP bonus atop. it's kind of unlikely a 5year long player that invests real money in a server move never ever TRed and tried to cheat them about the existence of a TRcache so i dont see how it matters they have no logs or how they normally handle TR cache loss cases in this one rather specific case

    edit: well, then again it's not assured the cache got lost in limbo cause of the server move ... but the whole TR cache loss policy is meh anyways :/

    I would totally be down for that. I could pick myself up with 24 select items. I could re-gear my toon for epics and have a few clickies. But, I could also see the issue with that. Because they can't prove that I legitimately grinded those items so... I don't know. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

    edit: It'd be nice to also be able to have a certain amount of items that have upgrades to them and be able to choose which upgrades you want.

    For example: 6 items that I can upgrade. Ranging all the way from Slavers, to TOEE. I feel like it's a good balance, because A) I already had a lot of of these types of items. B) I'm going to need a few items like this to even come close to where I was before. and C) It's not TOO over powered because not all my items that I choose from can't all come from that same pool of amazing craftables/upgradables.

    Have they closed this last ticket?

    So far I have never heard of anyone not getting their TR cache or Epic Destiny XP back as long as they could letting DDO know that its not done yet.

    However, I feel that DDO could resolve even that disaster by spawning items in your inventory as a last resort.

    So really any situation can be fixed with enough time.

    They should at least be able to track your toon before the move and look at those TR caches.

    Since you have more than one account, make sure they are looking at the right one too.

    Yes, they closed the ticket. The ticket you are referring to, gave me a GM. The GM they gave me said they couldn't find it in their logs and closed the ticket.

    You would think so, but I don't do this for a living, so I have no idea how difficult this might be.

    I also, sent a letter to Sev outlining a system for rating tickets responses which should be easy to code.
    There are far too many tickets getting closed without resolution.

    Already sent 2 tickets through that system, one very recently.

    Ok, so you definitely used the SSG website recently.
    I have your ticket #, which I am passing on to Cordovan.

    I can understand that its remotely possible they cannot find the TR cache.
    But they should be able to verify a TR after transfer, therefor there should be a TR cache.

    This situation needs to be resolved sometime.

    +Mochi was very helpful. Though I did not get my TR cache back, +Mochi set me up so I could start grinding my gear back. Though it saddens me that my TR cache is forever lost, I'm glad to know this community has my back, and there are people out there that are willing to help.

    No.

    Also the reason why people don't get their stuff back other than tomes, is because SSG has no way of knowing what was lost, and I doubt they will take anyone's word for what they had.

    No offense to anyone and I'm sorry about your losses, but you're not going to get your stuff back. I personally would be devastated.

    Angry My Reincarnation Cache is gone

    A few weeks ago my Character was deleted due a bug thanks to SSG i took my alt back but, with him was gone also the reincarnation cache.I'vs sent 3ticket for my cache to SSG its been 2weeks but nothing yet.i want to TR but im afraid about it.Is there any possibility to bring it back or should i continue with new cache?
