Default Dear Devs, please change the puzzle in The Newcomers

Yeah, just quit the game mid-quest because the air jet "puzzle" is just impossible for me.
Before you say. No, it's not that I suck. I've done this quest a few times on my artificer and it has been... Tedious.
Jump on the rock pile, go up one level, wait, jump on next platform, wait, jump off, wait a long time because the platform just left, jump on, get towards the air jet, wait, go past air jet and try and hit the lever.
Here one of three things happens:
    1) Every shot misses and I get blasted off.
    2) I start interacting with the lever
    3) Somehow I activate the lever.
With my arti it's kinda bearable. Shoot 2 volleys and at least there's a chance that I hit it. With my main character using a shuriken? No chance.
I'm sure some of you are confused because you don't have a problem with it, chances are you're not in say the UK like me.
I have a latency of 83+ Minimum. Often near 100. Jumping on moving platforms is a risk, sometimes I land on it and then get pinged off. Timing blows in melee is tricky, rubberbanding is my life.
For 99.9% of the game that's fine. The Newcomers? Nah. Forget it.
I find it funny how there are breakables that give you a bow and some arrows because if you have bad latency those will not be enough.

I've even tried jumping on the ledge the lever is on, pulling the lever and waiting for the platform to go all the way round and continue. That works until I try to jump back on at which point I either miss due to the invisible roof above me or the latency just pings me off the platform.

Due to this, I have a list of things that I'd appreciate to help the situation. Even making a few of these changes should help a lot.
    1) Make a platform between the last two air jets where I can land on easily.
    2) Fix the air jets so they actually turn off when the lever changes. They seem to take forever to turn off sometimes, the one by the rock pile especially. We're talking a whole platform cycle here.
    3) Shorten the path if you get blown off. I feel there should be a platform that takes you straight back up to have another go.
    4) Look into improving latency in Europe.

This part of the quest is randomly and unnecessarily stressful. All I want is the end loot! :P

Heya, I too have latency issues and this part of the quest can be quite annoying. I have found that if you have a way to get your jump to 40(this is the ceiling for it) and have a feather fall item on, you can jump from the lever to the door with little to no problem if you are solo. If in a group, you can either wait on the last platform for someone with good jump/aim skills to get across the area and activate that last platform, or they can shoot that last lever while you are on moving platform and you can then do the lever by door. If you are in epics, you can use Cannith boots or fvs wings, monk abundant step, or air sorc ability. Dragonborn can use racial memory of flight. You can also use the grandmaster or fvs ED flight modes in epics. I believe that monks, fvs, and air sorcs get those abilities at 12, so you may be able to use them on elite heroics...but not sure, someone can check and correct me if this is not the case. Hope I gave you a few other options to help you out.

I had an issue too with the first of the 2 air jets. It wouldn't turn off. I figured out that I could stand on the extreme right edge of the platform(Just one click from falling off) and the jets wouldn't hit me. The rest is just mario skills (Which mine are poor).

I think it was probably intended as a team effort. A second person standing on the ledge can easily hit that lever while you are floating by. Then you hit the lever by the door for them to get up.
I consider this a team puzzle and soloing it means have a leap ability or deal with timing.

This one turns off it is just very slow. So slow you think it didn't work, and try again but then it doesn't turn off b/c you reset it. Next time try shooting it once and waiting about 5 seconds.

It never turned off. I spent about 10 minutes trying to get past that one. I kept going back and shooting the target again...no luck. It was definitely bugged in that instance.

Ty, I'll try to jump the last bit and see how that goes. When I played it with my friend we had no problem getting past as I stood back and shot it for him.

This just isn't a good quest, corridor "outside" areas (I wondered if I had a setting that disabled plants the first time round), dull linear self repeating progression and a lacklustre boos fight. Like really, 3 trash mobs?! Even then the trash can be picked off before enabling the boss. Not to mention an unthought out spawning trigger where you can open a door and be swarmed from behind. Yeah, that makes sense.
Liteally the only reason to run the quest more than once is to get the end chest loot. It's just not an entertaining quest. For me even slave lords is more fun.
