Lost Airship Ameneties and Airship Instances

Greetings,

First let me mention that I had all the airship buffs, but the Gran Req I in image 2. I'm not happy that I lost all the buffs in the screen shots below with the exception of the Grand Req. I.

Not cool, because I used real money to buy the XP Shrine and Farshifter. And I'm not too pleased that I'll have to deal with support on this issue at some point, since I spent real money on the Shrine and Farshifter.

It did appear the weekend before last a guildy and I were on the ship in different instances. That is the only event I can think of that may have caused this. I did use the Farshifter and he may of changed it back.

Please look into this issue. Thanks!

EDIT ~ Guilldy changed the Collequim of the 12 to the Bathhouse and the Collequim of 12 now has to be re-purchased. I planted the Farshifter in exchange for either Grog or Ninja and both are gone. Same for Shrine and Ninja. We both swapped around some amenties on the same weekend and all the amenties we swapped have to be re-purchased withe the exception of the most recent planted, i.e. Bath House.
