Reset how?

If you mean "rebooted," yes, they do that after all of these kinds of updates. Only during "hotfixes" are the servers not rebooted.

I was finally there now ... I hope it's the famous bug that when you enter a character in the game and open the store to access the "Race" section of the store is not available ... I hope it is because if so Congratulations to SSG for fixing the problem definitively.

When I was young I remember messing around with my dad's work computer that used Punch Cards and it didn't have a monitor...it just printed the output on paper (No Graphics)...and it didn't play games.

I know what you mean. The first computers I used were Apple II and Commodore 64. (Side note: I own a working Atari 800 home computer system with original monitor.)

I owned a ti99/a too (and yes I listened to the cassettes to figure out how they worked), learned to program on a trs80, on my first job went backward to punchcards and dot-matrix terminals. but my first experience with a computer was wires and bread board.


But serious; What happens when you log into 1 character; open the store, the switch to another character, then buy something like a cake? Which one gets it?

Just wondering if Customers Service will get "a fix" as well? Purchased a motu code 16 days ago and it didn't work. I've opened a ticket, PMed head GS on here, bumped my ticket and i have gotten NO reply so far. It's as if we're talking to a brick wall!! (yes, there are more of us) 16 days.... That's just ridiculous. Money is gone and no expansion pack in return. Not even a short message to let you know you're being heard/read.

So, hopefully CS will get "a fix" too.

No doubt! Hindsight can be a real pain that way, always pointing out all the "should've done's" of the past.

...and sometimes the "shouldn't have done's" as well in some cases.

First look at computers- 1975 we had a teletype machine connected via a 300 baud acoustic coupled modem. The storage media was paper tape. In college we had an old IBM 360 and used punched cards as input - only output was the printout.

My second job - 1982, we had computers with core memory, magnetic drum storage and had an old imsai 8080 that only had toggle swithes for imput.
