Non-Prof with Weapons I'm prof with

So.. earlier today I was off favor grinding and ended up dieing in a low level dungeon due to a spam of trip attacks. Annoyed since I was near the end of the really long dungeon I quit the game.

when I come back, I'm now not prof with my great crossbow as a mechanic rogue who gains prof with them with her first enhancement. I tried taking it off and putting back on again, and still not prof with them. Though logging in and back out again did fix the issue it seems.

Anyone else see things like this?

You aren't proficient with any of your weapons (or most items) when you're dead and shouldn't be able to re-equip weapons either while you're a ghost with a Soul stone... Sometimes there can be a glitch if you unexpectedly lose connection when dead. Assuming you are later brought back to life; if the glitch occurred, it might require you to logout and login to clear the marker. Telling the game that you are back alive. Thus proficient again with weapons and are no longer in death state.
