OR run the final quest in the chain on EH once per day until the sun goes cold hoping for it to drop, dropping AS on chest rerolls until you get it.

My recommendation is to put up an LFM for "The Tide Turns". Comment that you are looking for this shard.

It is decent XP and can be Red Boxed. You will find many people willing to help you out. It is however going to be luck on how many times it will take

Luck is an understatement...I have tried for at least 6 years. There is something messed up with the shard drops and TTT. I have gotten only 2 shards from that chest over what amounts to 100s and 100s of runs at EN EH & EE.
