Mortal Fear Tier3 upgrade in Thunderforged

Hi All,

A question please.

Is the tier3 upgrade mortal fear worth the 30 runs you have to do to get the ingredients? as I hear from people that on reaper mode it is nothing a waste of time??
Although on EE they have said it is worth getting???

So you see my dilema yes or no to spending the time in doing the quests 30 times????

No. They nerfed Mortal Fear to the point where it doesn't work at all in the Legendary quests nor does it work on Orange named and higher bosses. It's only good for trash, really.

If I had 30 Shadow Phlogistons, instead of Mortal Fear, I'd put Crippling Flames on my TF weapon. The 5% chance to apply 2 negative levels works in Legendary content and on Orange named mobs.
