    Default Anybody home?

Is there actually someone working the tickets at Standing Stone? I considre myself a rather patient person but it's been six days now sonce I opened a ticket on ingame features I can't access although I bought them years ago. I included screenshots of the confirmation emails because I thought that would speed up the whole thing but all I got so far was an automated answer. Is there another way to get in touch with support?

Did you reply to the automated email? If not, you may have to resend the ticket.

The automated email asks if you are still having the problem, and to reply to it if you are. If you didn't reply , they assume you fixed it on your own.

Submitted ticket 5 days ago, received [Request Received] auto-response. Ticket still showing open status.

What's the expected turnaround time these days?

No idea and not sure I`m interested anymore. It took them almost 3 weeks to come to the conclusion that they needed me to contact them ingame, problem was I had put the game aside as I was waiting for my ticket to be resolved until playing again. When I didn't reply to their latest mail within 72 hours, they closed the ticket.
Now I logged on and filed a ticket, when shortly after my PC crashed. Logged back on, ticket still open but now I'm sitting here for an hour with no reply from a GM...

This part of that automated response is important.

My ticket (5640) was opened on March 30. I received an automated email "Your request (5640) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." No request to reply or do anything to indicate I needed to follow up. Tomorrow will be two full weeks with no response or update, so it's not necessarily the case that SSG is waiting for a response; they're apparently just waaaaaaaaay behind.

    Ah, I see.

Well, in most cases they have a bit at the bottom of the email to reply if you need further assistance.

Default Got you all beat - Feb 18th was my ticket

I actually have 2 tickets in now for 2 different characters. No response. I'm an IT guy and have been for 27 years so I understand the ticket system and I'm sure they pull from the low hanging fruit but I'm relatively patient since it's not stopping my play time. Not much I/we can do other than complain and, in my world, that has NEVER sped up the process.

Thank you for a chance to rant a little. Now I will send you back to your regularly scheduled programming...

I find the lack of communication disrespectful to be honest.... I've bought an expansion pack and the code is fubar. Can't use it. Sent an email and no reply. I find that a complete lack of respect. Very disappointing
