    Default Customer Service Help

    Does it exist? I purchased Menace of the Underdark and Shadowfell Conspiracy.. it keeps telling me my Underdark product key is invalid. I contacted support at Turbine 3 days in a row with no response and I also entered an in game support ticket yesterday and again got no response. If anyone could direct to where I may get some help it would be greatly appreciated!
