    Same issue after purchasing Motu, sent BBB dispute, and SSG ticket, hopefully they get their butts in gear ASAP, I work for CX support this is not even legal in terms of response time.

    Just reluctantly submitted my BBB complaint. This is pretty absurd that they STILL can't get on top of this issue. I've waited 12 days already.

    Oh boy wish I found this thread before purchasing. I tried purchasing through website and the code had issues. I then tried steam thinking it would immediately integrated into my account instead of putting the code through ddo store. well now I have two codes and no SC. Any luck of response so far for you guys?

    They aren't BBB accredited, I'm getting close to writing up a chargeback now. 11 days and it's still no response at all -_-

    They just responded to my ticket, they needed the product code. So if anyone still has an open ticket make sure you put that in there. Sadly now I have to wait (hopefully not nearly as long) again.

    Yes, you should provide them as much details as you can. I took screenshots of the product code, the order number, a screenshot of the code not working in the ddo store and my account ID.

    It took 22 days for me before i got my first reply, so 11 days is half of that! I big improvement Hopefully you won't have to wait much longer now, good luck!

    It took them 15 days, but they finally added it to my account. They said the issue was that I apparently already owned something from MotU? I don't know how that's even possible, or how that would cause an expansion key to break.

    Yeah, it happened to me on the 27th. I was really embarrassed when I told my guildmates, "Yep, I got it now," only to get locked out of the King's Forest. I gave them everything I could, and even added the code I received today. Hopefully it won't take them 2 to 3 weeks to get it fixed...

    has anyone had any success getting a response here? I have had the exact same problem. I feel twice the fool cause I purchased both content packs for myself AND my wife cause she is in florida taking care of family. DDO is how we get together on the weekends and blow off steam together.

    <Sigh>

    I've been waiting for over a month now to get them to fix this, and they tried to reactivate the code a week ago. And that did precisely nada. It's still not fixed, and my guild is running things in this pack all the time that I'm missing because it's not fixed. And to top it all off, I'm getting no response from them at all other than the one attempt, and nothing from telling them it didn't work.

    I'm getting very, very angry here. Not answering me for so long shows a singular lack of caring on their part, and I'm just about over it.
