Deception on weapons, bluff no longer working period?

I just got Epic Divine Artillery, and nothing is getting Bluff checked, so I thought that was odd, so I pulled out my old Golden Guile, and now it's not working either.

What did they do? =-(

they do not spin around as in the past.

Mobs still can spin, just not as often as before. Typically when I use Exposing Strike or my other bluff clicky (suddenly drawing a blank on what it is), the mob I hit spins just once. Once in a great while they spin 2-3 times. Bosses don't spin though.

The change to bluff was to improve performance also tied to the agro changes recently. You still get your sneak attack on successful bluff, but the short timer isn't working properly. Don't know if it's for all bluff clickies, but I know for mine they don't seem to last as long as it's supposed to.

Maybe those clickies are rotating them still (exposing strike & I assume it is Shiv?)

Used the seal of house avithoul for several levels (21-27) and don't recall enemies ever spinning around except when I hit them with exposing strike. This makes me fairly certain that improved deception is not working anymore.

Wasn't sure if you were talking specifically about EMG, so that's why I didn't quote you and just wanted to throw my 2 cents in on my take on bluff.

My ranger uses the epic Golden Guile and uses Exposing Strike and Improved Feint feat (I remembered now).
