My experience is that when recrafting a weapon the min level of the weapon increases significantly if there are augments slotted, and "Paragon" is added to the weapon name.
When crafting a keen, the keen weapon effect disappears after relogging.

still bugged. crafted one greater crossbow, after rellog it vanished.

Simple to reproduce.

Craft a keen weapon on a heavy repeating crossbow with a red slot. Log in the next day and note the expanded range on the weapon is gone.
