Is Sarlona Overpopulated?

I'm not being able to log into Sarlona server recently.
Is it me, or people are having the same issue?
I'm premium account, and I can still enter other servers as Argo or Canith for example.

I can log to any server, but I can't log any of my characters into Sarlona, because the characters list doesn't show up.

It keeps showing a message: "Searching for logon server ... Attempt 1 of 20 - untill 20 of 20" than it kicks me off. But it only occurs in Sarlona.

And it doesn't looks like its my windows firewall, I've just reset it, and still not working...

Help, me please.

I can log to any server, but I can't log any of my characters into Sarlona, because the characters list doesn't show up.

Yes terhe is something wrong with Sarlona. I had issues all weekend, but not on other servers. Very long load screens as well as some choppy lag.

I have noticed some lag and all. But now I can not enter the server even at morning, when it's usually empty. It may be something else with my account.

My main character is there and I don't know what to do. Any suggestions, please?

I don't know, but for me the 1st load screen took 10 minutes + a few times.

I just walked away and did laundry or something and eventualy I got to the charecter selection screen.

EDIT ~ I did mange to get in each time and was surprised it did not time me out. I thought that not getting timed out was strange as well. Just had to wait a long time to get in.

Still better than be kicked off after the 20th attempt... at least you can log.
The weird thing is that those 20 attempts are very fast, about 1 second each, and Im kicked. It only happens in Sarlona... other servers are logging fast, even at night.
By the way, are you VIP, premium or free acc?

Premium and the only server I seem to have the issue on is my home server Sarlona. Orien was fine and less laggy and had way more people on.

Same here. Premium, with main toon in Sarlona. Perhaps we should submit any kind of ask for support. Any idea, or anything you have already tried?

Hmmm, I will have to mull over. For me the big lag burst is between password and charecter selection screen on Sarlona.

Also, I did notice in several PUGs that half the group had choppy lag/issue and other half did not.

I did the same. Re-booted everything and my it was not my machine, but perhaps a node somewheres. Other folks complained of in-game lag as well, but all seems to come on since U35 went live.

Hopefully we didn't loose Elminster in the Demonweb or something like that.

Probably should send a report thru the link in Cordovan's signature or Coco's instead of in-game.

Also I should mention that after U35 the DDO Intro movie launched and it reset all my settings, both video and audio.

I had to sort those out and sit the 1 full pay tru of the video.

Not sure if that heppen to you or not as well.

Bascially I saw others list that re-installed the game. To me it still looks like the intro movie is trying to launch in the background and that could be our issue. The movie trying to play in the background as we try and log into game.

I still don't have my audio settings back the way they were, but I had to get the video sorted to log in. But still having long lag-into game issues.

I have 17 accounts and the worst is account #3 with Sarlona. Alt account 3 is a 2nd lifer, 1st life Druid and currently Cleric. Has all game content.

All account are Premium.

After the last update. All I did was was disable my antivirus until reboot, re-ran the patch, rebooted, and it was fine. You may not need to reinstall.

Livmo at 18 and banking to 20. Hit rank 91 last night. I think I cap at Rank 95.

I'm not sure if I'll TR or head to 30 since my slayers are reset.

Hopefully you'll get back on.

I'm running L18, L10 and L30 toons right now on Sarlona.

If you haven't done Tower of Frost, I'm gonna try and get some of my alts thru it this weekend. I might flag for MA and LoB as well on Livmo.
