here's some feedback to the mementos in the melee/ranged tree.

Short version: they are stupid.

Long version:
First, for those who don't reap. Mementos are similar to action boosts. You can have only one memento active at the same time. When you invest AP in your first memento, you have two charges. You can gain additional charges by investing in additional memento abilities. Uptime: 30s. Cooldown: 40s.

Second, let's look at the mementos in Dread Adversary:
  • Reaper's Strike (T1, ML4): While in Reaper Difficulty, activate to expend one Reaper Charge and gain a +10/20/30% Reaper Bonus to Doublestrike and Doubleshot for 30 seconds.
  • Reaper's Imbuement (T4, ML21): While in Reaper Difficulty, activate to expend one Reaper Charge to gain Ghost Touch, bypass 5%/10%/15% of enemies' Fortification, and bypass 1/2/3% of their Dodge. This lasts for 30 seconds.
  • Reaper's Deadly Strikes (T4, ML21): While in Reaper Difficulty, activate to expend one Reaper Charge and gain a +2/4/6 Reaper Bonus to confirm critical hits and critical hit damage for 30 seconds.


Third, my assessment.
  • Reaper Strike is awesome, unique +30% doublestrike and doubleshot, and it's conveniently ML4 so that we can doubleboost like crazy asap.
  • Reaper Imbuement would be great at level 4 to kill those pesky reapers and dodgy champs, but no, we have to wait for 21 where everyone is wearing Ghostly; and back in harbor anyway.
  • Reaper's Deadly Strikes is a joke probably. Bad one. +6 seeker.


Fourth, suggestions.
  • An easy one first. Add tactics to Deadly Strikes. Or something else, vorpal, mortal fear, something.
  • Then maybe move Imbuement and Deadly Strike to lower level. Or at least one of them. Or perhaps make all Dread Adversary mementos a multiselector so that people can select which boost they want ASAP and for which they are willing to wait. Those who have their Ghost Touch weapon can take tactics or doublestrike; those without one can get it at least temporarily here.
