Just wondering, don't see a lot of people pugging/joining lfms these days.

Sheikra - Completionist Wizard
Solo, it's Rogue-like for me with a touch of Tomb Raider when they get it just right.
G-land here too. Generally prefer to pug. The best is when you hook up with a pug that stays together through multiple chains. Sometimes post my own pugs; often solo when nothing I wanna run is posted.
Used to almost exclusively do guild runs, but I'm pretty much the only one left in my guild nowadays.
Almost exclusively static groups/small guild, with a little solo occasionally when I get impatient to reach some specific goal. I pretty much stopped PUGging when PUGs became almost exclusively BB groups. My characters are all undergeared first-lifers, and I have no interest in trailing along behind while someone else does the quest for me (aka piking).
Solo 90% of the time.
Takes too long to LFG.
When in a group its invariably a speed run.
Always a minimum of one piker.
Nobody speaks except at the end when you get "ty 4 grp" before disbanding. 30 mins waiting for a grp. 5 mins to run the dungeon.
Mostly solo, ever since Reaper came out.
Why? Because of that silly "at level" exp penalty, (or "under level" bonus, depending on how you look at it).
Don't want to bother trying to get an under level group together.

I chose other. Mix of solo, static group, and LFM. Probably in that order with respect to the percentage of time spent.
1 2 and 3
I play with guildies or pug. I will play solo if I really want to farm for an item but I get bored playing solo so I try to avoid it.
Short man with friends. Sometimes an extra guildy. Solo when friends not on.
I try to pug but because I hate putting up lfms AND I have a huge list of people to avoid (on Sarlona so non-english speaking zergopikers are a thing) I end up forum-ing more and more. The forums are the ddo end game after all, once you're done with the wheel
Bought my first dungeon master's guide in 1992. My favourite part of ddo is coffee and slayers
Solo and LFM
I usually put up an LFM but I don't wait for others just start to run the quest, sometimes put up LFM when already in quest.
Join to LFM's when the quest is in my rotation but rarely swap to alt just because an LFM is on for that level range - exception raids.
Sometimes I have no mood for company so I solo.
You nerfed my monks, throwers, dailies and alchemists.
I hardly play anymore, found a better hobby.
Thank You!
When I started playing, I played together with my brother and a bunch of other people we knew. None of them play anymore. So yeah, I play mostly solo now.
I've always had a problem with strangers so I'm usually not motivated to join/put up an LFM when I'm alone. Although I must admit DDO is way more fun when in a group. It's kind of the spirit of D&D.
Either way, what I've always liked most about DDO is the character building and playing solo is just an additional challenge to put even more thought and care into it.
Although I sorely miss doing raids. And reaper mode always has me all sweaty because soloing basically means that if you die = you have to the quest again
I play on Cannith and PUG a lot along with posting my own LFM's, in the early levels I tend to solo until around Necro level and will usually group up from there but I might change that yet.

As many guildies/friends that want in, then fill with LFM. I don't mind carrying a few pubbies or bads.
Only exception is if we're doing R4+ or raids on LH+. Too many problems with people who want to do things 'their way' and start trolling. DDO has no kick feature so you have to restart if you want them out.

Building a Better DDO
a little from column A... a little from column B... a little from column C....
if my friends are on, i run with them. if they're not, i solo if my time is short or i don't want to deal with ****, start my own LFM if i have some time, or hop on an interesting LFM if i see one.

Q: how do you get me to appear in a thread? A: ask a bard question! XD
Due to very limited free time (typically only time for 1 quest), I primarily solo or play with family/friend. PUGs are great, IMHO, but to really make them worth your while I find it best to be able to play for a while.
