I am bumping this thread back to the top of the list.
I bought a key too, and its doing the same thing. I bought it on May first and if I don't get it by the end of the month I'm suing. I'm very disappointed. Customer service like this in 2017 is disgustingly unprofessional.

MOTU key not working SCAMMMMMED
I promised an update if my issue was resolved - so here it is.
After a month waiting and several prompts for an update I had heard nothing, so I decided to forward the email query to every support/email reference I could get my hands on.
My initial query went to the email listed in the purchase (contact@standingstonegames.com) who NEVER replied. I had a response within 30 mins when I emailed ssg-support@standingstonegames.com and resolution within 10 hours, so I recommend using that contact address for anyone who hasn't.
So, no explanation - but resolution. When I next logged into DDO, in the General chat box it reported:
(Loot): The following is now in your inventory: Menace of the Underdark: Basic Reward.
I wonder whether it has to do with the initial MoTU offer being a download, whereas it now applies to an account. I also noticed I had to register a different account to make the purchase, so perhaps it doesn't it when you attempt to use the code with a different account.

Has this been resolved for anyone else? I have friends who I would love to run through MotU, but I've recommend they hold off on buying it thanks to this nonsense.

I JUST bought it. I figured since I knew about the problem and knew it could take a month to get resolved- I would be fine waiting if I had to.
I had zero issues. Applied right away, no hassle, no problem- Went and got my epic choice thingy immediatley and it immediately applied my DDO points.
Thats my experience for what its worth- I knew there were issues and I was going to just deal with it- But thankfully didnt have to.
