Reincarnation Question

I have been unable to find an answer to a question of mine. With Heroic TR you gain the past life benefits of that class, but is it possible to gain that benefit with racial TR? Or is it separate, where as you have to TR secularly as the one type to gain the single type bonus from each type of TR?

That is to say, take such an example: were I to level to 20 as a warforged wizard and then TR into another race and class, such as a halfling cleric, would I gain the benefits of the past life feat for both race and class? Or would I need to do Racial Reincarnation as well as the Heroic TR in order to gain both benefits?

They are separate you can get one or the other not both on a reincarnation.

I only ask b/c it seems pretty clear to me (last sentence of short opening paragraph, starting "Note..."), but if it's not then it needs clarifying.
