Scam!!!!!!!! No ability to cancel subscription anymore!!!!!!!!

I've decided to cancel my VIP subscription due to lack of time and interest and I see that all ability to cancel your subscription has been removed from the DDO website. I called them and got a run around about Standing Stone games being the company that now manages the game, signed up there too and STILL can't cancel!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no way to cancel on the Standing Stone site or the DDO site.

I WILL have someone's job if I am charged again and I WILL file a complaint with the Attorney General in my state if this is not immediately corrected!

Easy there grass hopper. There are subscription options in the DDO store within the game. You should be able to cancel there.

I would look in the Store panel. Note that your VIP will continue until the paid time runs out; cancel just aborts the auto-renew.

Store > your name (upper right corner) > Manage Subscriptions > Details > Hold or Cancel

Not sure if you guys have checked recently - but I can't find any hold or cancel options, either. I went to the places suggested - and the DDO account site - and everywhere I can think of and there is no cancel or hold options. There is a Renew Now button. I'm kind of annoyed right now, too. I just deleted my store payment accounts so auto-renew should cancel (I really hope so).

If anyone can screen shot where the Cancel option is, I'd appreciate it - cause I suspect it ain't there.

I could find it just fine by going store - click on my name in upper right hand corner - select manage subscriptions and then there's an option to hold or cancel. As someone already posted. Not sure why you can't find it, possibly a bug.

• Open the Store.
• Click on your account name, upper right hand corner of the window, to activate the dropdown menu.
• From the dropdown menu, select the bottom option - Manage Subscriptions.
• In the new Subscription page you opened, look to the bottom of the first box, and click Hold or Cancel.

When I went to cancel renewal it took me a couple seconds to find the cancel button it almost seemed they wanted to hide it
