After my last RR I can longer spend my reaper AP. I have 4, and it says 0/4 spent, but there are no points to spend in any of the trees.

Keep in mind that there is a level limit of 4 for the 1st core of every reaper tree.
My main server is Khyber. Have toons in almost every server for favor purposes. The Faltouts

yeah i thought i was level 4 last night when I logged but I hadn't actually taken 4 yet like an idiot, which I realized this morning
