DDO Store Temporary Access Change

The only thing i can get as an option to buy is extra char slots, every other tab remains empty.

Is there a way to fix this???

Are you a VIP? If you are then you can't buy anything using the store.

Ugh, i know this of items that are included in the VIP sub, but i should still be able to buy everything else, skins/pets/currency/pots.......nothing shows at all........

You can only buy character related items when inside the game with that character. So you need to enter the world with your character and then access DDO store.

If you access the store from character selection screen you are only shown account based items.

Hm. Over here it looked like "PayStation3" without the l ...

Reason for it claiming your using the PS3 is pretty simple... your computer shares a small chip that was mass produced for the PS3... should be near the CPU on the motherboard... not entirely sure what it's purpose is for, but mine thinks I have an XBox... this little issue came out first when windows 10 replaced windows 7, 9 and XP... anyways, the computer rights itself rather quickly... blame Intel's processors for it. it's their fault for their one-chip-fits all mentality

Good Day All,

I’m going absolutely insane with the following issue and am praying someone can assist...

For quite some time now every single time I click on the DDO store my game minimizes, a brief loading icon appears then nothing happens. Now my game window remains minimized, every time I click on it a browser will briefly pop up then disappear.

I have attempted to uninstall and then reinstall the game.
I’ve changed my default browser from chrome , to IE, to Firefox.
I granted the game administrative privileges.....

Everything I’ve tried has been in vain.

Any and all recommendations would be greatly appreciated as it is infuriating not to be able to simply go into the store to make a purchase. All I want to do is squander the few Measly dollars I have and the game won’t let me ...
