None of mine have.
Darkwinn, Milkus, Terismina, Gothmawg, Dreylock, Drunarah, Bigbhamboo, etc on Sarlona / Brixlynn, Mofus, Curgoth, Deidlit, etc on Ghalanda.

Can anyone else confirm that raid counters don't transfer on a character transfer to another server?

Looks like Raid completions are attached to your character specifically and thus do carry over when transferring servers.
