from 4th floor of daedalean kraken airship - hookpoint wont activate instead displays message "you may not perform this action while in a public area" - the double cog mouse pointer wont show on this hookpoint

This is the last remaining upgrade on the ship - all the others are in storage.

I've no idea if this is a known issue or not I tend to avoid the forums
