    Default Lack luster in game support.

    At least the support is working again and I did get help with one ticket about two weeks ago. Opened a ticket on Saturday, restarted the quest with the group I was in after Cinnis went unresponsive after he died, completed the quest and ran 2 more quests. Log in tonight and check to see if there was a response after submitting a new ticket and the response came a little over 4 hours after I put in the ticket. Closed due to not being in the game at time of response. Now the new ticket I posted I tried a little trick and sent a tell to a gm who is currently in game asking for help with the ticket. No response to both of my tells fifteen minutes later and am still waiting. Unfortunately overall in game support and quick responses are thing of the past, way back when this game mattered to someone other than its players. Wish they would beef up their in game support with more staff or staff that is not asleep at the wheel or playing when others need help with something broken in the game.


    Repeated the quest and it bugged again. Ticket was still open and decided to clear optional objectives, and got a gm and resolved at 57 minutes after opening the ticket. Not bad, at least it was not 4 hours. Additionally it appears there is an issue with Druid's Curse bugging out that after the boss dies and all objectives check off quest does not complete. This has happened multiple times to me when I have soloed it, and I have submitted a bug report on it months ago and still this persists.

    Default I feel your pain

    I havent been able to play the game since Thurs patch, its bugged out starting the game. I'm VIP and have been for 11 years. Before you could actually call someone (with in business hours) and get some sort of solutions. Or the tech support actually contacted you with in a day. Its been going on 5 days and they havent even looked at message sent to them(ie Tech Support). they are few days of my canceling my my VIP status (stands to reason since I cant even play the game). It seems they are about helpful as a case of herpes.

    Fwiw I had a bugged out instance of Akamai running after the update that kept me out on the first try. It bugged out again after I rebooted. Closing Akamai from the task listing fixed it and it hasn't reoccurred.

    Yeah, I had some success with that action as well.
