Should i make a blindness/fear/deathblock or a 45 hp item for my first HGS item to use for TR? or is there something maybe more useful (dont have unlimited mats , but working on enough for 1 item). Will be going ES lock for next life.

My main got a lot of use out of a Smoke 2 item. It gives permanent blur, +45 hp, +6 dex skills and 2/day displacement. But he was usually a melee or ranged build with stealth and trapping, not a caster.
Apart from deciding which type of item to make, you also need to decide where to slot it. I found belt worked well, but that may no longer be the best choice taking into account the recent updates to cannith crafting and all the new twink gear now available for TRing.
Good luck with it.

From my experience, ES warlock doesn't really need a lot of extra HP. Shining Through and Feigned Health seems to provide plenty of temp HP. A 45 HP item really wouldn't make that big of a difference. Concordant Opposition (con-opp) gives you a chance to recoup spell points when you are hit. I'm not sure how much you'll be getting hit if you are constantly running with blur/displacement going. A Smoke item might actually be kind of nice, it frees you from having to cast blur and displacement comes as an SLA in the Enlightened Spirit tree. That would free up a couple of spell slots where you could pick something else if you desired.
Just my 2 cents.

I personally use two accessories on my warlock in heroics; a Balance of Land and Sky +45 HP item with +6/+4/+2 Strength/Constitution/Dexterity skills for +3 AC/Saves and a bonus to balance skill from Balance of Land and Sky, and a Concordant Opposition +150/+150 SP item (Wizardry and stacking spellpower 2 stacks) with +6/+4/+2 Charisma/Intelligence/Constitution skills for +6 Wisdom/some heal. If I were to choose one it'd probably be the Concordant Opposition since it also adds the benefit of +6 UMD and +4 spellcraft which is decent.
