    Default VIP does not work

    I paid for this game 3 days ago via PayPal and I am still not VIP. I entered a ticket at standing stone and no one has even acknowledged that I exist. I have never had such bad customer support even from Comcast. They took my money and didn't give me VIP. I have been playing this game for 10 years. This is outrageous.

    There has been problems with PayPal (and other 3rd party vendors) telling Standing Stone Games that you paid. This was just fixed yesterday, and CS is working on catching up. See the thread in the Dev Tracker below

    Well that is reassuring. Thank for the info. My first thought when paying for VIP is not to check forums to see if it is broken. They should have replied to my ticket at least. And all of their contact information on PayPay is to WB. Very unprofessional.
