Since the Game technical support isn't replying to me maybe I can get some assistance here. since the Thurs.patch The game still seems to "bug" out when loading. It goes through the initial loading sequence then I get this

Cannot save files.

the after a "Retry" of 1 min (every 60 secs)
"An update error occurred".

WHAT CAN BE DONE?

Throw away the game and re-download it?
