Just logged in today, and noticed that my subscription had been cancelled.
Nothing in email stating why. I didn't cancel it, so what's the deal? Someone break something in the transition from Turbine to Standing Stone?

If you have a VIP or Premium account, it may be that your credit card expired. This is what happened to me a couple of years ago. Just sign in and add new card information. Everything went back to normal. If this is not the case, check with Standing Stone.
Card isn't expired, it's got two years left to go.
Still waiting for a reply to a CSR ticket.

About to write off DDO and go elsewhere. The level of service leaves much to be desired.
